Project Lead
As a Project Lead in Jnomics, you will be responsible for leading strategic client projects from conception to completion. This role requires advanced skills in project management, data analysis, financial modeling, and client relations. The Project Lead will serve as the primary contact for clients, oversee project teams, and deliver high-quality insights and recommendations.
Responsibilities:
Project Management and Leadership
Plan, schedule, and allocate resources effectively to meet project goals and timelines.
Identify and mitigate project risks, solving problems and facilitating solutions as they arise.
Build strong client relationships, handling conflict resolution and fostering trust and collaboration.
Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, supporting their professional development.
Organizational capacity building
Use the team's analysis to drive client strategies and business insights.
Create financial models, including P&L, cash flow, balance sheets, scenario analysis, and model-making with variables, assumptions, and outcomes.
Provide recommendations for the media organization for optimization of their org structure, HR practices, headcount.
Consult clients of audience development strategies in different platforms
Market Research and Strategy Development
Develop data-driven proposals, insights, and strategic recommendations to support client goals in social media, website, YouTube, marketing, and SEO.
Collaborate with clients to design and implement strategies for audience growth, engagement.
Presentation Design and Business Communication
Use business writing and storytelling techniques to create engaging proposals and deliverables.
Adapt content for different audiences, ensuring clarity and relevance in communication.
Client Relations and Stakeholder Management
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining open and effective communication.
Facilitate client meetings and discussions, keeping clients informed of project progress and addressing questions or concerns.
Build long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional support.
Team and Operations Management
Oversee team operations, balancing workloads and aligning resources to meet project deadlines.
Support sales and marketing efforts through proposal development and client presentations.
Implement operational efficiencies to enhance project quality, reduce costs, and maximize client value.
Work with a team of consultants with personal responsibility for delivery of specific project objectives
Provide technical support to Project Lead in delivering project objectives
Managing internal documentation and data storage for the company
Work with various information sources, gather and interpret data, execute analysis, and present findings to team members
Write draft reports and prepare case presentations for senior team members and clients
Communicate with suppliers and employees
Work with diverse experts, from researchers and data scientists to software and app designers
Identifying challenges and address them
Perform such other duties as may be assigned.
Required Tools and Technical Skills
Excel: Advanced use for financial modeling and data analysis.
PowerPoint: Skilled in designing impactful presentations.
Google Analytics and social media analytics tools: Proficient in performance tracking.
Flourish, Datawrapper, and thinkCell: Data visualization expertise.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in project management within consulting or 3 years within media, managing high-impact projects.
Strong abilities in problem-solving, project management, and financial modeling.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on business writing, client relations, and presentation design.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Media Studies, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
Language: English is mandatory, Ukrainian/Romanian/Georgian/Russian/Polish - nice to have
